# Add Amex Gift Card to Apple Pay, Google Pay & Samsung Pay

Both physical and eGift versions of your Amex Gift Card can be added to a digital wallet for fast, contactless payments at participating merchants. Before getting started, it's a good idea to perform an amexgiftcard.com balance check online so you know exactly how much is available on your card before you set it up and start spending.

## Add Your Card to a Digital Wallet

        On your iPhone or Apple Watch, open the **Wallet** app. Make sure your device is signed in to your Apple ID and that Apple Pay is supported on your device.

        Tap the **+** icon in the top-right corner of the Wallet app to begin adding a new card.

        Select **Debit or Credit Card** and follow the prompts provided by the Wallet app to proceed.

        Enter your card number manually by typing it in, or use your camera to take a photo of your physical Amex Gift Card to auto-fill the details.

        Follow any remaining on-screen verification steps to finish adding your card. Once added, your Amex Gift Card will appear in your Wallet and be ready for use.

        Follow the remaining on-screen prompts to verify and confirm your card. Your Amex Gift Card will then be available in Google Wallet for contactless payments.

        Follow any remaining prompts to finish the setup. Your Amex Gift Card will be ready for use with Samsung Wallet once the process is complete.
